Hi — welcome to The Limited Edition T-Shirt Society. We're a small Colorado studio (a dba of Graphic Edge Studios, LLC). We're a team of creative humans who design limited drops. These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use thelimitededitiontshirtsociety.com or buy from us. We've written them in plain language. Please read them before you order.

1. Who we are

"TLETSS," "we," "us," and "our" mean The Limited Edition T-Shirt Society, a trade name (dba) of Graphic Edge Studios, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Using the site

  • You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission.
  • The information you give us, including your name, email, and shipping address, must be accurate and complete.
  • If you create an account, keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account.
  • Don't use the site for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. Don't try to hack, overload, or interfere with it.

3. Limited-edition drops

Our designs are released as limited-edition drops. Some editions are numbered or made in very small runs. For every drop:

  • Quantities are limited. Each edition is available in the quantity shown on its listing, or until we close it.
  • First come, first served. Adding an item to your cart doesn't hold it. The item is yours once your order goes through checkout and we confirm it.
  • Purchase limits. We may limit how many of an item one person, household, or payment method can buy.
  • Automated buying isn't allowed. Don't use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to buy. We may cancel orders we reasonably believe were placed that way.
  • Numbered editions. If an edition is numbered, we assign the numbers. You can't pick a specific number unless the listing says you can.
  • Overselling and production problems. Drops can move fast. Sometimes more orders go through than we can fill, or an item can't be produced (for example, if a garment runs out at our fulfillment partner). If that happens, we'll let you know and give you a full refund for the items we can't fill, even if your order was already confirmed.

4. Made to order

Every shirt is made to order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. Once you place an order, our print and fulfillment partner, Printful, prints and ships it from Printful's facilities. That's why our Refund Policy covers defects, misprints, damage, and wrong items, but not change of mind or ordering the wrong size.

5. Orders, prices, and payment

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted once we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example for suspected fraud, an address we can't ship to, or the reasons in Section 3. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
  • Prices are in U.S. dollars. Sales tax is added at checkout where required. Shipping is added at checkout (see our Shipping Policy).
  • Pricing and listing errors. Sometimes we make mistakes in a price, description, or image. If we find an error before your order ships, we'll contact you. You can then choose to go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. If we can't reach you, we'll cancel and refund you.
  • Payments go through Shopify's secure checkout. You agree that you're allowed to use the payment method you provide.
  • We may change prices or products at any time. Changes don't affect orders we've already confirmed.

6. Colors, printing, and sizing

We want what arrives to match what you saw, but printed-to-order garments naturally vary a little:

  • Colors look different on different screens, and printed ink can look slightly different from the image on your screen.
  • Print size and placement can vary slightly from shirt to shirt.
  • Garment sizes can vary slightly. Please check the size chart on each product page before you order.

These normal variations aren't defects. A clearly wrong design, placement, or color is a misprint and is covered by our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping and delivery

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Title to your items and the risk of loss pass to you when the order is handed to the carrier. We still cover packages lost or damaged in transit as described in our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy.

8. Our designs and content

Graphic Edge Studios, LLC owns the designs, artwork, logos, names, text, and product images on this site, or uses them under license. That includes the name "The Limited Edition T-Shirt Society" and "TLETSS."

When you buy a shirt, you own that shirt. You don't get any rights to the design itself. Don't copy, reproduce, sell, or make products from our designs or content without our written permission.

9. Your submissions

If you send us reviews, photos, comments, or ideas, you give us permission to use, display, and share them in connection with our store and marketing, without payment to you. Please send only content you have the right to share. Don't send anything unlawful, offensive, or that violates someone else's rights.

10. Other companies' services

Our store runs on Shopify, and our orders are made and shipped by Printful and delivered by shipping carriers. The site may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for other companies' websites or their policies.

11. Warranty disclaimer

Our promise about the quality of our products is in our Refund Policy. We'll replace or refund items that are defective, misprinted, damaged in transit, or wrong. Beyond that promise, and to the extent the law allows, the site and our products are provided "as is." We don't make any other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.

12. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • If something goes wrong with an order, the most we'll owe you is the amount you paid for the products involved.
  • We aren't responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. That includes lost profits, lost data, or consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. This applies even if we were told they were possible.

Some states don't allow some of these limits. If you live in one of them, the limits apply only as far as your state's law allows.

13. Your responsibility

If you break these terms or the law while using our site, you agree to cover the reasonable costs and claims that result for Graphic Edge Studios, LLC, including reasonable attorneys' fees, as far as the law allows.

14. Governing law and disputes

The laws of the State of Colorado govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please email customerservice@tletss.com first. Most issues can be fixed quickly that way. If we can't settle a dispute informally, it will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. This doesn't take away any rights you have under the consumer protection laws where you live.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version here with a new "Last updated" date. The terms in effect when you place an order apply to that order.

16. The rest of the fine print

  • If any part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies.
  • If we don't enforce part of these terms right away, we haven't given up our right to enforce it later.
  • These terms and the policies linked above are the entire agreement between you and us about using the site and buying from us.
  • Special releases may have extra terms shown on their product page. Those terms apply to that release along with these terms, and win if the two conflict.
