Privacy policy

Last updated: October 4, 2026

This is the privacy policy for The Limited Edition T-Shirt Society ("TLETSS," "we," "us") — a small Colorado studio and a trade name (dba) of Graphic Edge Studios, LLC. We're a team of creative humans who design limited drops. We collect only what we need to take your order, make your shirt, ship it, and support you afterward. This policy covers our online store at thelimitededitiontshirtsociety.com and your contacts with our customer service.

The short version

  • We collect what we need to take your order, make it, ship it, and support you.
  • Our store runs on Shopify. Your shirts are printed and shipped by Printful. Both receive the information they need to do those jobs.
  • We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled through Shopify's checkout.
  • We don't sell your personal information for money.
  • You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information. Email customerservice@tletss.com with "Privacy Request" in the subject line.

What we collect

Information you give us

  • Order details: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if you provide it), and what you bought.
  • Account details: if you create a customer account, your login email and your order history.
  • Messages: what you send us when you email, call, or contact us, including photos you send with a claim.
  • Email sign-ups: your email address, if you sign up to hear about new drops.

Payment information

Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout, using Shopify Payments and the other options shown at checkout (such as Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Those providers handle your card or wallet details. We receive limited information such as your payment method type, the last few digits of your card, and whether the payment went through. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

When you visit our store, Shopify's platform automatically collects some technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, items you add to your cart, and how you arrived at the site. This is done with cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies" below).

How we use your information

  • To process, produce, ship, and deliver your order, and to handle replacements and refunds.
  • To send order confirmations, shipping and tracking updates, and replies to your questions.
  • To prevent and investigate fraud and to keep the store secure.
  • To send you emails about new drops and releases, if you signed up. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email. We'll still send emails about your orders.
  • To understand how the store is used so we can improve it.
  • To follow the law, including tax and accounting rules, and to protect our rights.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only as needed to run the store:

  • Shopify hosts our store and checkout and processes your information for us. Shopify also uses some information for its own purposes, such as fraud prevention and features that work across Shopify stores. For those purposes, Shopify is responsible for your information under its own policy. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify Privacy Portal.
  • Printful, our print and fulfillment partner, receives your name, shipping address, the items you ordered, and, when needed for delivery, your phone number or email address. Printful uses this to make and ship your order.
  • Shipping carriers receive the shipping details needed to deliver your package.
  • Payment processors, such as Shopify Payments and the wallet provider you choose, process your payment.
  • Advertising and analytics tools. The Shopify tools we use may share limited information about your activity on our store, such as pages viewed and purchases, to measure performance or show more relevant ads on other sites. Some state laws may treat this as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising." You can opt out on our Your Privacy Choices page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we'll treat it as an opt-out request for that browser, where required by law.
  • Legal and safety reasons. We may share information if the law requires it, to respond to valid legal requests, to prevent fraud, or to protect our rights, our customers, or others.
  • If our business changes hands. If the business is sold or merged, customer information may transfer to the new owner. This policy would still apply to it.

Cookies

Like other Shopify stores, we use cookies and similar technologies. They keep your cart working, run checkout, keep the site secure, remember your preferences, and help us see how the store is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the cart and checkout may not work without them. Shopify explains the cookies it uses in its cookie policy.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them to fulfill orders, handle claims, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. We keep account information until you ask us to delete your account. If you unsubscribe from marketing emails, we keep your email address on a do-not-email list so we remember your choice.

Keeping it safe

Our store and checkout run on Shopify's platform, and we limit who on our side can see customer information. No website or email system is perfectly secure, though. Please don't email us full card numbers or other sensitive information.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what personal information we have about you and give you a copy,
  • correct information that's wrong,
  • delete your information, except what we have to keep (for example, order records needed for taxes), and
  • stop using your information for marketing or targeted advertising.

Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you some or all of these rights. Colorado residents may have these rights under the Colorado Privacy Act to the extent that law applies to us, including the right to opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data.

How to make a request: Email customerservice@tletss.com from the email address you used with us, with "Privacy Request" in the subject line, and tell us what you'd like us to do. We may need to confirm your identity before we act. An authorized agent can make a request for you if they show that you've given them permission. We'll respond within the time the law requires. If we turn down your request, you can appeal by replying with "Appeal" in the subject line. We won't treat you differently for using your privacy rights.

Children

Our store isn't meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Where your information is processed

We're based in the United States. Your information is stored and processed in the United States and in other places where Shopify, Printful, and our other service providers operate.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll post the new version here and change the "Last updated" date.
